Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Not have been used in a way that significantly reduces its value.
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Consumers have the right to inspect the item in the same way they would in a physical store. If the item has been used or handled in a way that reduces its value, a deduction may be made from the refund amount.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Unless otherwise agreed, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and provide a solution.

Exceptions to Returns

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sealed personal care items (e.g., beauty products) if the seal has been broken.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a new item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
  • If the item has lost value due to use, a deduction may be applied to the refund amount.

This policy is in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act and applicable e-commerce regulations in Denmark for 2025.
